Plano Smiles offers – Free Teeth Whitening for Life Program

As a valued patient or new patient of Plano Smiles, you are now eligible to receive a free take-home whitening kit and custom whitening trays with required dental examinations, recommended periodontal cleanings and x-rays.

You must keep your regular required dental examinations, cleanings; x-rays to receive additional whitening gel 2 times per year for the rest of your life! (Restrictions may apply.)

Or you can elect to have the in-office whitening initially upon execution of the agreement for an additional cost of $200; the usual and customary fee for this procedure is $550. Once you have completed the in-office whitening you are eligible to participate in the above program.
