Office Manager

Lori Turner is a dedicated mother of two, raising her children, Megan and Wyatt, with love and care.  She loves the outdoors and spends much of her free time hiking, camping and exploring nature's beauty.  Lori also values fitness, enjoying regular workouts that keep her energized and grounded.

With a background in real estate, Lori brings a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.  Guided by her strong faith, she approaches life with gratitude and a positive outlook.

When she's not working, outdoors or at the gym, Lori cherishes family time, whether it's a cozy evening at home or an adventure with her loyal dog by her side.  Her life reflects a balance of activity, love and connection, making every day meaningful.

Debbie Webb

RDH: Dental Hygienist

Debbie has over 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist and has worked with Dr. Yeary since he founded the practice in 1991. Debbie feels that Plano Smiles functions so well because the staff is like a tightly knit family who cares about each other and the patients we serve so nothing slips through the cracks.  According to Debbie: “there’s an amazing sense of teamwork here,” and “everyone helps everyone else.” 

She attributes the positive working environment to the fact that her co-workers are all women of faith who make an effort to show care and support for each other and for our patients.  “At Plano Smiles we believe that each patient is more than just a person walking through our door, they are part of our family, we really do care about them”.

Debbie has been married since 1986 to Ronnie Webb. They have three grown sons and one daughter-in law. They are actively involved with Prestonwood Baptist Church, Young Life, and Pearce Community Women’s League. Debbie is a proud breast cancer survivor for over three years.  Her faith, her family and the love for the patients she serves were a huge help in her recovery. Debbie grew up in Colombia, South America and is fluent in Spanish as well as English.

Lisa Hite

RDH, Dental Hygienist

Lisa has been a dental hygienist for 25 years and has lived in the Plano area for over 17. She comes to Dr. Yeary's office with a Bachelor of Art and Science. Her creative side leads to her detail in the care of her patients. Lisa feels that joining Plano Smiles allows her creativity to add to the team.

Helping others, building relationships and easing a fear of dentistry is definitely where her heart is. She is strong in her faith community and being a part of an office that has a strong faith as well makes her feel right at home. Lisa and her husband have a ministry for underprivileged children allowing kids to attend church camp at no charge.

Lisa is married to Dale and they have one son and one god daughter. Her hobbies include traveling to new and exciting places to explore nature and the outdoors. She has participated in animal rescue, hers and for other groups. Lisa enjoys all venues of arts and crafts and creating jewelry.

Nina Johnson

Chairside Assistant

Nina has been in dentistry since 1991.  She started her career in Key West, Florida and later moved to South Carolina where she worked with a large dental office learning all the latest techniques in oral surgery and implants.  We are happy she joined us earlier in 2015 bringing her talents to the office.

She says, “ I love the relaxed atmosphere at Dr. Yeary’s office and providing the patient with a pleasant experience.”  Everyone works as a team and she knows this trait contributes to the success of the office. Comforting those who are afraid of the dentist or who have had a bad past experience is the challenge she looks forward to.

McKinney is where she lives but calls Louisiana her home.  She loves traveling to visit her family and friends as well making custom t-shirts and various arts and crafts.  Nina is an avid runner and she has completed two full Marathons.
